The Order of Things is from my series:  34°56’6.546″ n 83°50’23.958″ w + 300 Feet

Last summer, I made daily trips to the above GPS location near my home. The objective of the trip was to achieve two things. One, get out of the house and COVID isolation and into nature. Two, to set aside some time and energy to meditate and detach from my reality; to remember that there is another reality, parallel to my perceived one, unaffected by all the beliefs I impose onto it. It just is. It does as it does and has always done. It will remain long after I am gone. I have no permanent power over it.

The goal of my daily trip was to create an image that would express my experience and hopefully serve as a ticket to return to the experience at will.
